Oct - 2009 Webinar

This meeting was going to be about support however the customer last week had to decline. So I don't feel like going around and trying to find someone to talk about support. However if you have experience in the support area, I welcome you to come and give some insight.

I plan to have an open session.  If you have a question then come and ask it.  I have close to 7 years of experiance being an admin on Salesforce and enjoy working with others and helping them learn more about how to customize Salesforce.

Agenda

  • Open Sessions so it's up to you.  We could review:
    • The quoting solutions if you missed it from Steelbrick (I have it installed in my sandbox and been testing it)
    • Review how to write some validation rules or work flow rules ( have some examples from beginner to hard)
